Every August, teachers spend their own money to stock classrooms for the year ahead. This August, Farrar, Hennesy & Tanner set out to cover some of that cost for educators across South Georgia.

Recognizing Educators Across South Georgia

Throughout the month, our team selected teachers throughout the communities we serve for a classroom supplies giveaway. Most of the winners teach in Coffee County, with additional educators recognized in Atkinson County and Valdosta. In total, 15 teachers, including one school Nurse and one Academic Coach received supplies to help them start the year fully equipped.

Why We Do This

Farrar, Hennesy & Tanner has represented South Georgia families since 1949. Supporting local teachers is part of the same commitment that's kept us involved with the Childhood Cancer Awareness Group of Coffee County, youth sports, Relay for Life, and Coffee High's Art Club over the years. Teachers across Coffee County, Atkinson County, Valdosta, and the surrounding area shape the same kids and families we're proud to call clients and neighbors.

Here for South Georgia, In and Out of the Classroom

This giveaway is a small way of saying thank you to the teachers shaping Coffee County, Atkinson County, Valdosta, and every community in between. We're grateful for what they do, and we're already looking forward to next year's giveaway.

Farrar, Hennesy & Tanner has served South Georgia families since 1949. We’ve stood behind our clients through settlements, verdicts, and every moment in between. If you or someone you love needs a personal injury attorney who treats you like a neighbor, not a case number, contact us.
