Douglass “Kirk” Farrar
Grandson of the firm’s founder, Kirk studied finance at Kennesaw State College, earning a bachelor’s degree in 1991, and worked as a production supervisor for Kraft General Foods before switching his focus to law. He earned his juris doctorate degree at Atlanta’s John Marshall School of Law in 1997 and joined the family firm upon graduation. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers’ Association and has served on a number of prestigious committees and boards including the Workers’ Compensation Section of State Bar of Georgia; the Executive Committee of Workers’ Compensation Claimants’ Lawyers; the Ware County District for the State Bar of Georgia; and multiple committees for of the First National Bank of Coffee County.
Matthew “Matt” Hennesy

John Andrew “Drew” Tanner, Jr.
Appointed to the United States Naval Academy upon graduating high school, Drew earned a bachelor’s degree in oceanography. In 1986, he was commissioned as an officer in the US Navy and became a Naval officer three years later, leading flight missions around the world. After serving eight years in the Navy, Drew was honorably discharged in 1994 to attend law school at the University of Georgia and joined the firm in 1997. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia’s General Practice and Trial Section and Workers’ Compensation Section. A past president of the Douglas Bar Association, he also is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers’ Association, American Trial Lawyers’ Association and Workers’ Compensation Claimant’s Lawyers Association.

For the past seven decades, Farrar, Hennesy and Tanner has focused on a single, heartfelt mission: Helping Georgia’s injured recover and secure maximum compensation for their losses including medical bills, lost wages and pain and suffering.
